What personal data we hold

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. The personal information we collect might include your IP address, creative words you have written and information regarding what pages are accessed by you and when. We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under‚ please get your parent/guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide us with personal information.

How we use your information and how long we keep it for

We may use your information to:

  • Share the story you have told about the cloud with the wider public. 

We review our retention periods for information on an annual basis. We will hold your information on our systems for as long as it is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Who has access to your information

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to share our services and information with you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf.
